What is the return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You must contact Customer Service prior to returning your order. Personalized or custom products can’t be returned.

ALISENED does not offer exchanges.

What if the wrong item is sent, or the product is defective?

If you get the wrong item or defective product, please contact Customer Service for help with your order.

Is return shipping free?

No, return shipping fees are not covered.

How to track my return?

Once a return is processed, you will receive an email notification. For more information on a return that is in process, please contact Customer Service.

How long do refunds take?

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Mode of refunds

Refunds will be made to the original payment method . For security reasons, ALISENED is not authorized to carry out the refund to another account, a different credit card, or another method of payment other than that used originally for the order.
